Generous parental leave
MANTL provides generous parental leave. For any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), MANTL offers up to 8 weeks fully paid Maternity Leave and the ability to take 8 weeks fully paid Parental Leave. Mothers can take Parental leave and Maternity leave for a total of 16 weeks paid leave.
