A Day in the Life

You have a great opportunity as an experienced professional from the medical device market to gain greater independence in your work and join a truly dedicated global team.We are seeking a Principal Business Process Improvement Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives, manage end-to-end project delivery, and drive process improvements in an Agile environment through close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders. You will be working remotely from the UK with occasional meetings in Watford office.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Support and execute Product Owner / Business Analyst activities in coordinating and driving Analytics, Insights and Reporting implementations, including user acceptance testing in close collaboration with key users
- Execute against product vision and commitments in an Agile environment
- Perform large scale data & systems analysis
- Connect and collaborate with IT partners for process and system improvements
- Manage and 'own' significant pieces of project deliverables end-to-end from the initial demand, all the way to testing the agreed solution and delivering to production
- Be able to understand complex requirements, come up with high quality solutions to address the demand and fully explore dependencies and implications on various components of introducing the change
- Survey, analyze and evaluate processes, products and services.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Background/degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- At least five years of demonstrated work experience with data modeling and data querying
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
- The ability to interpret a set of business and technical requirements and contribute in developing robust solutions
- Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders
- A positive critical attitude, while always seeking solutions
- Knowledge of the following database solution: SQL Server, Snowflake.
