We are looking for

Remote | Philippines | Engineering Team

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/Django - React/Next.js) to join our team in the Philippines. You will embody our company culture and use your craft and creativity to help us elevate our MEDDICC operating system to new heights. You will be working on our Backend API in Django and Frontend React application, implementing cutting-edge features that drive real impact.

You'll be measured on the engineering outcomes that matter most to our product success, including:

• Feature delivery velocity – shipping high-quality features quickly and reliably, from design through production.
• System performance & scalability – ensuring responsiveness, reliability, and seamless scalability across our platform.
• Code excellence & leadership – maintaining high coding standards, reducing technical debt, and mentoring teammates through reviews and guidance.
• Architectural & technical decision-making – highly contributes to the evolution of our systems, frameworks, and tools, making pragmatic choices that balance speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• User experience & adoption – building frontend and backend solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and adoption of key features.

What you'll do

• Design and develop complex features
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Lead technical discussions and code reviews
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers
• Participate in architectural decisions
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Take ownership of critical technical components
• Identify and resolve complex system issues
• Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Balance technical debt with feature delivery
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Support recruitment and technical interviews

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong Experience with React and Next.js
• Strong Experience with Python / Django
• Experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Experience with unit testing and continuous integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working on applications that communicate with an API
• Experience within an Agile software development team (SCRUM)
• Required: Must be Filipino with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
