We are looking for

Remote | Full-Time | UK or Spain

We're looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager who thrives in a high-trust, collaborative environment, someone who takes initiative, seeks clarity, and is driven by the measurable impact of their work on customer behavior, retention, and long-term value.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a key product area from discovery through delivery. You’ll work closely with Sales and customers to uncover pain points, partner with Design and Engineering to shape thoughtful solutions, and help the team deliver with focus and speed.

You’ll be responsible for defining and executing a clear roadmap, grounded in company strategy and tied to renewal, retention, and adoption metrics, tracking success through clearly defined leading indicators, and helping the wider organization understand how your work is shaping customer behavior and business results.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving problems, thrives on cross-functional collaboration, and enjoys working autonomously toward ambitious goals.

What you'll do

  • Drive business impact: Define clear, quantified success metrics and leading indicators before building, and ensure your work drives measurable progress on adoption, engagement, retention, and renewal signals. Own outcomes, not just output, and run structured post-launch reviews to iterate and improve.
  • Own your product area: Define a quarterly roadmap based on insight and strategy. Translate company strategy into a credible, impact-driven roadmap with logically sequenced bets. Prioritize work that aligns to real customer needs and clear business goals. Ship with urgency and focus on what matters.
  • Lead discovery with Sales and customers: Actively engage with Sales and users to uncover pain points and validate what’s worth solving. Frame problems as clear, testable hypotheses and build confidence through research, data, and customer insight before committing. You challenge assumptions and stay grounded in customer reality.
  • Use data to guide decisions: Define success metrics upfront. Track performance, measure outcomes, and use both quantitative and qualitative signals to continuously improve.
  • Partner across disciplines: Work hand-in-hand with Design to shape solutions that are intuitive and effective. Partner with Engineering to deliver value quickly, iteratively, and with quality. Ensure teams are rarely blocked, with clear documentation, strong specifications, and low operational friction.
  • Lead a high-performing Scrum team: Use agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retros) and help your team stay aligned, focused, and moving fast. You remove blockers and raise the bar.
  • Communicate and influence: Articulate the “why” behind your roadmap. Defend trade-offs, align stakeholders, and educate the org on the impact of what’s been shipped. Build belief in your product direction, proactively communicate roadmap rationale, and push back when needed to protect strategic focus.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Skilled in discovery, user research, and engaging with Sales to find signal
  • Strong grasp of agile product development and running high-velocity teams
  • Experience building and owning a roadmap that drives measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to define leading indicators, running experiments, and iterating based on measurable results
  • Data-driven mindset: you define success, track it, and act on what you learn
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines
  • Ability to make high-quality decisions under uncertainty using hypothesis-driven thinking and explicit trade-offs
  • Track record of delivering reliably with strong ownership and low execution friction
  • Experience with building AI products and integrating AI into your workstreams

Many sales professionals and go-to-market (GTM) teams struggle to consistently hit their targets and find it challenging to qualify opportunities effectively, often wasting valuable time on deals that won't close. They face difficulties in understanding complex customer decision-making processes, identifying key stakeholders, and clearly articulating the quantifiable value of their solutions. This can lead to unpredictable revenue, inaccurate forecasting, and a longer sales cycle. Customers, in turn, may feel that their specific needs and pains aren't fully understood, or that the solutions presented don't align with their critical business metrics and decision criteria.

At MEDDICC, we empower sales professionals and GTM teams to overcome these challenges by mastering the MEDDPICC framework, a proven methodology used by elite enterprise sales organizations worldwide. Our customers face the constant pressure to improve sales performance, increase deal sizes, and shorten sales cycles. That's why we provide comprehensive online training, practical tools, and actionable resources designed to embed MEDDPICC principles into their daily operations. We help them to meticulously identify and quantify customer pain points, engage with the true Economic Buyer, understand intricate Decision Criteria and Processes, and cultivate strong Champions within their target accounts. By leveraging our MEDDICC Operating System, which includes features like opportunity and stakeholder management, a metrics database, and Salesforce integration, our customers can bring clarity and precision to their sales efforts. This enables them to focus on the right deals, improve forecast accuracy, and ultimately, close more business, faster, by ensuring they are consistently aligning their value proposition to their customers' most critical business outcomes and navigating even the most complex sales environments with confidence.
