MCI is seeking a detail-oriented M&A Transaction Manager – Financial Strategy and Diligence to lead financial assessments for strategic acquisitions. The ideal candidate will analyze financial statements, build valuation models, and identify risks that could impact deal success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial due diligence, transaction services, or investment banking
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, valuation, and financial modeling
- Experience with BPO business models and financial KPIs
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
