Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales planning, business development, or product management within the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on fiber optics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of fiber optic technology, network architecture, and related services.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
