Maxana is looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Systems Administrator to provide Tier 1–2 endpoint and server support across enterprise environments, for our industry leading client's project. You’ll handle deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and endpoint systems through tools like Microsoft SCCM and Adaptiva, ensuring efficient rollouts, compliance, and reliable user experience across the organization.

Core Responsibilities
End-User & Endpoint Operations
- Deliver Tier 1–2 support for login, software, and configuration issues prior to escalation.
- Install and configure applications while maintaining consistent endpoint performance and compliance.
- Support Windows 10/11 migration and troubleshoot failed or incomplete OS upgrades via Software Center.
Systems Management (SCCM)
- Manage deployments and updates using System Center Configuration Manager.
- Perform software packaging, testing, and distribution to ensure successful rollouts.
- Analyze compliance reports and remediate deployment or imaging issues.
Adaptiva Management
- Maintain Adaptiva systems, handling licensing, configuration, and vendor support coordination.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for escalated issues and infrastructure optimization.
- Oversee vulnerability management, environment cleanup, and remediation during business transitions.
Documentation & Collaboration
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, incident resolutions, and SOPs in the knowledge base.
- Partner with infrastructure, network, and system engineering teams to identify and resolve root causes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in IT support, endpoint administration, or systems management.
- B2 Level English or above
- Microsoft SCCM (application packaging, imaging, compliance reporting)
- Adaptiva platform (preferred)
- Windows 10/11 configuration and patch management
- Software distribution and update troubleshooting
- Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification
