Marvin Behavioral Health is seeking a remote mental health therapist to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to adult healthcare workers. The role involves delivering high-quality teletherapy sessions on a HIPAA-compliant video platform, using evidence-based practices, and completing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have independent licensure in Washington, DC, a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, and experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Independent licensure in Washington, DC as an LMFT, LICSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
- Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders
- Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week
- Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
- Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools (i.e. PHQ-9) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes
- Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method
