Manager - IT Project Management

- Project Portfolio Management:
- Manage and prioritize the organization's project portfolio.
- Assess and evaluate project proposals for alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Project Governance:
- Establish and enforce project management policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks.(SDLC/Agile Framework)
- Facilitate project audits and reviews as needed.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate and optimize resources across projects.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
- Monitor resource utilization and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify and assess project risks and issues.
- Develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Create and maintain project dashboards and reports.
- Provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status updates.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Ensure project managers and teams have the necessary information and support.
- Communicate project status and changes to relevant parties.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase project efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

You will be part The Project Management COE, focused on enabling the success of the organization by providing key PM operations management of Planview , You will have an outstanding visibility to leadership and work with stakeholders and teams across the organization, globally supporting Project delivery via Planview
- Generate and report dashboards to management; Liaise across functions to audit project data, share relevant information and align on processes and controls –
Educate team members on how to use Plan view, hosting training and onboarding sessions for new users –
Assist PM COE leaders with ongoing Project Office operations and reporting - Produce standardized materials for required review meetings
Concept Intake, Portfolio Governance - Develop templates for use inside and outside of the Planview tool as required - Stage Gate compliance validation and meeting management –
Other activities as required
Qualifications – 7-9 years of experience preferably in a PMO structured environment. - Plan view Enterprise One or other industry standard PPM (Clarity) enterprise tool administration expertise required/ project Management Tool, prior direct Plan view administrator experience is Ideal

We will count on you to:
- Setup and maintain project / milestone plan
- Manage Project Financials (internal and external costs), providing monthly capex forecasts for steer meetings
- Manage Staffing Plan
- Point of contact for PMO / LOB Governance coordination (e.g. raising CRs for funding changes)
- Planview project creation and ongoing reporting/tracking (e.g. RAG status, milestones, risks/issues, amortization dates)
- Issues & Risks escalation
- Co-ordinate all Colleague Tech involvement in project – create charter, work with Colleague Tech, PM etc.
- MMC & Privacy risk assessments, Internal Risk assessment, Third Party RA
- MMC Tech Onboarding
- Present Tech updates on Project SteerCo’s
- Manage project closure (retrospectives, finalizing financials, confirming Amortisation start, closing Planview project)
- Setup document repository (i.e. teams site) & work with team to ensure sign offs/approvals and any other point in time documentation required for audits are poste
What you need to have:
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Integrity and attention to detail
- Someone experienced with Agile delivery and the processes and governance that goes along with it.
- Global PMO support experience
- Flexible attitude

- Agile/CSM Certification.
- Planview /PPM/Jira/Clarity/ MPP/ or any equivalent Project Management tool
