The role

We are searching for a Front-end Developer with significant experience both building large B2B single-page & progressive web apps and with modern web development in general.

In this role, you'll help build our own SaaS product, as well as the opportunity to contribute to other initiatives as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of KOPE SaaS platform.
• Build applications & UI/UX according to specifications and designs
• Write code using core engineering principles & industry best practices to ensure quality, usability and performance
• Define and build test suites, perform analysis to identify opportunities for improvement & automation and build them
• Closely collaborate with our team of Developers and Product Managers to build the best product possible
• Mentoring less experienced Developers and working with more experienced Developers to refine and improve current practices

Requirements

• Experience with Vue.js (v3) framework
• Knowledge of unit, functional and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, etc.) as well as writing testable SOLID code.
• Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 (with BEM or similar methodology)
• Demonstrable skills & experience in modern JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and ideally GraphQL
• Experience working in a cross-functional team including Front and Back-end Developers, QA Analysts and Product Owners/Business Analysts
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Experience working using an Agile approach
• An appreciation of good User Interface (UI) & User Experience (UX) design
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements & potential solution

Bonus skills

We don't expect any one person to be experienced in everything, so let us know which (if any) of the below nice-to-have skills you might have:

• Experience with ThreeJS or other 3D Graphics, CAD, etc
• Experience of Analytic and Monitoring Systems (E.g. Segment)
• Experience integrating with 3rd Party platforms such as Identity Management
• Creating Node.js packages, using private npm repositories and Storybook
• Experience with Azure environment & services
• Experience building/consuming APIs in a microservices architecture
• Knowledge or interest pertaining to Architecture, Engineering, Construction industries
• Information Security, Risk Identification and Secure Development Lifecycle experience
