THE ROLE & YOUR MISSION

The MMB Analytics team are key to driving forward the analytics proposition internally within MMB and to Clients, operating as experts within the business in order to help the organisation provide a competitive advantage through analytics.

Having grown in size and remit in recent years, the team are looking to continue this trend going forward and hence will be looking to you to embrace this challenge. Acting as an Analytics Configurator for the MMB Analytics team you will be responsible for the technical implementation of the Darwin Analytics Center (DAC), Darwin’s cloud-based global benefits management and employee engagement software and business intelligence solution and other analytics products as they are developed and launched into the marketplace.

You will have an important role in streamlining the analytics implementation process and maintaining the quality of the data in our analytics products.

We will count on you to:

• Set up new clients and client sites by configuring and scheduling Darwin reports and mapping files to be loaded to the Darwin Analytics Centre.
• Perform testing of reports to identify any errors prior to data being loaded.
• Investigate the source of any errors in Darwin and work with the Product Support teams where appropriate and necessary to resolve.
• Perform testing of the data once loaded into DAC, identifying any errors that might arise after the upload process.
• Maintain a client enablement plan based on Darwin roll out live dates to ensure timely implementation of DAC for our clients.
• Work closely with the Darwin Service Delivery Teams to resolve any client issues and answer any questions by understanding how a benefit has been set up in Darwin and the eligibility rules, making changes to DAC where necessary.
• Update the client mapping files to reflect any new client benefits added, or removed to ensure that we always report the most up to date information to our clients.
• Provide input into internal monthly reports showing stages of enablement process by client and site, employee headcount etc.
• Work on other MMB Analytics products as required, configuring the set up and enabling clients with access to the product.
• Use Zendesk to respond to any client or internal requests and issues and work with other team members to resolve the request.
