This is a Remote First position which can be performed from most locations in the US.

All About the Role:

Both customer centric and results oriented, Majesco Client Partners are responsible for delivering
positive, quantifiable results for our customers by exhibiting:

  • Customer Focus: Manage and optimize the overall customer account experience by driving high touch engagements with C-level and senior level customers. Leverage extensive network, strong knowledge of business process and advanced sales expertise to create and nurture customer relationships and influence key decisions makers. Generate and land new opportunities and remain engaged post-transaction to ensure implementation and adoption so that customers are poised to succeed.
  • Account Planning & Management: Develops and drives Majesco strategy for aligned enterprise accounts and provides timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management’s strategic decision-making. Collaborates with Pre-sales, Customer Success, and internal Partner resources to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals. Create and leverage structured account plans to help in landing initial business and then expanding into other areas of the account.
  • Effective Selling: Hunt for new opportunities within enterprise accounts and pursue leads from internal and external sources. Identify and drive expansion opportunities in aligned existing enterprise accounts; pursue leads identified by Customer Success and/or Premium Support teams. Utilize solutions-oriented, systematic approach to selling, leverage mastery of sales best practices and Majesco's sales methodology.
  • Knowledge and Application of Majesco’s Offerings: Strong knowledge and understanding of Majesco’s products and range of solution sets, how to identify the best possible solutions to meet customers' business needs, and how to appropriately position Majesco software and solutions with customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of either the property and casualty or life and annuity insurance industry and relevant marketplace; can speak with authority, on industry trends, best practices, competitive practices, regulatory issues, etc.

  • Unique perspectives: Aligns Majesco software and solutions offerings to key customer priorities,
    reframing the way customers view their business.
  • Drives two-way communication: Engages the customer by deliberately linking their business
    priorities to Majesco's value proposition. Develops strong relationships with key influencers and

decision makers.

  • Incorporates Economic Drivers: Has deep knowledge of customers business, current macro- and
    microeconomic trends, industry trends, and potential new business ventures
  • Establishes value before ROI/financial terms: Qualifies and quantifies the impact of maintaining
    the status quo or pursuing competitors’ solutions. Proficient at uncovering key business issues
    and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Drives Momentum: Proactively advances the purchase decision without rushing the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred BS or BA degree in business
  • 10 years selling and account relationship management experience with major account
  • Proven track record of success and ability to operate in a matrix sales organization
  • Possesses a specialized level of technical and business acumen with accomplished track record
  • Networked within the industry and geography
  • Represents the company with the highest integrity
  • Develops and applies innovative concepts for solution selling
  • Acts as a business consulting resource to C-level executives
  • History and track record of achievement of revenue objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business/account plans
  • Demonstrated ability to work with account senior management and across functions within customer organizations to gain commitment, obtain resources and achieve desired results

· Excellent presentation skills

  • Strong team building skills and ability to resolve conflict situations

What Majesco Offers:

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for a sales incentive plan.

Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
