We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Conversation Strategist to join our Conversation Strategy Team. This role focuses on strategic communication planning, conversational copywriting, and campaign planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive and demonstrated expertise in career coaching with adult learners. They will contribute to the development and optimization of conversational experiences across various strategic partnerships and Best Practice Collections. As an individual contributor with no direct managerial responsibilities, you will work closely with senior team members, contractors and cross-functional teams to enhance our conversational content and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

The Conversation Strategy team is a group of higher education experts that enables our colleagues to deliver strategic communication plans with research backed conversation design.
What You’ll Do
- Research and develop engaging conversational content.
- Create and optimize an engagement calendar for career coaching
- Contribute to the development of FAQs and answers to support the AI Knowledge Base (KB)
- Build and test various innovative designs in copywriting for scripts (including gamification, A/B testing, strategic audience segmentation, etc.).
- Provide trainings to share expertise with conversation strategy team
What You’ll Have
- 5+ years of experience with higher education populations, student audiences will vary based on the needs of our partner institutions
- Expertise in a career coaching with adult learners
- Documented research experience on area of expertise

The minimum pay for this role is $50 per hour depending on the level you’re hired at. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years & depth of experience, and some role dependent factors that can include certifications and software expertise. This contract will run up to 12 months. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all our initial calls.
