About the Role
Are you a tech student or recent engineering graduate who lives and breathes AI? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and sales field, while applying the latest AI tools and automation? This role offers a chance to work directly with our delivery and sales teams, test and implement new AI solutions, and see how AI is transforming modern business.
Main Responsibilities
  • Test and implement the newest AI tools in recruitment and sales workflows
  • Support our teams by automating repetitive tasks and integrating AI into daily processes
  • Research new AI applications and propose improvements to how we source, communicate, and manage candidate data
  • Collaborate on experiments and mini-projects, presenting results and next steps
  • Gain first-hand experience in recruitment and business development in a fast-growing tech company

Requirements

  • Student or recent graduate from an engineering, IT, or related technical field
  • Native interest and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Notion AI, Zapier, etc)
  • Curious about applying AI to real business challenges
  • Able to work independently, learn quickly, and share your findings with the team
  • Communicative in English (B2 or higher)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation
  • Interest in recruitment or sales
  • Basic programming skills (Python or similar)
