Data Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to the following:

• Support the day-to-day data needs of internal clients by:
  • Clarifying requests as needed
  • Preparing the data
  • Performing list matches using a mixture of in house developed tools and MS Excel
  • Reporting upon the results
• Work directly with internal clients on the above

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/B.Tech/MCA/MCA
• Market research experience preferred
• Knowledge of SQL a plus
• Client Service experience a plus
• Advanced Excel – the ability to develop PivotTables/Charts as well as complex formulas
• Candidates must be customer service oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed
• Strong understanding of data structure and management
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities
• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity of information
• Experience working within a market research company or other type of quantitative research organization desirable, but not required
