We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer to oversee the development of a cutting-edge ITIL-style ticketing dashboard. The Lead Software Developer will play a pivotal role in leading the development team, ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of the application, and driving innovation in both frontend and backend development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Lead Software Developer or similar role.
- Expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.
- Proficiency in frontend development, including component-based architecture and responsive design.
- Solid understanding of backend development, including API design, middleware and role-based authorization.
- Ability to work in a Linux environment and use bash for shell scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and ticketing systems; Strong preference for ServiceNow experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
