Position Title: Brand Platform Consultant I
Location: Remote from the U.S.

About the role

The Brand Platform Consultant I supports creator marketing campaigns from planning to reporting. This role involves collaborating with agencies, clients, and influencers, focusing on detail, organization, and strong communication. You'll manage campaign budgets, negotiate with influencers, analyze data, and create client reports. We're looking for someone with at least one year of marketing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a positive, adaptable attitude. Growth opportunities are available after one year.

How you will make an impact

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including creator outreach, negotiations, content review, and budget management.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance using a variety of data sources
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal partners, creating client-facing professional campaign recaps and reporting documents as needed
  • Maintain reporting documentation
  • Stay updated on social media trends

What you will bring to LTK

  • 1+ year experience in social marketing, agency, or campaign management, account coordinating, or related field.
  • Experience utilizing/manipulating numbers and data to derive insights. Strong proficiency with Excel is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic social media background with experience in multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and blog postings.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and openness to feedback.
  • Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Keynote, Word, Google Docs, Google Apps)
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to manage both routine and dynamic tasks.
  • A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to collaborate across functions.
  • Commitment to operational excellence and effective prioritization.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
