Position Title: Brand Partnership Campaign Assistant

Location: US-Remote

About the role

The Brand Partnership Campaign Assistant will work in collaboration with internal sales and Brand Platform Consultants to help fulfill Brand campaign obligations. This position prioritizes gaining valuable experience and skills in the creator marketing space. This role requires not only dedication to detail and world-class follow through, but also a personality that is up to the task of shouldering considerable responsibilities that may change day to day. This individual must ensure that information is presented accurately, appropriately, and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion. This position requires an individual who can work well under pressure and is flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary. The number one quality we are looking for is someone with intrinsic motivation to get work done.

This role is an hourly operations execution position. Exceptional talent may have opportunity for growth into a full-time permanent salaried entry level position pending availability of openings.

How you will make an impact

  • Campaign Execution:
    • Send campaign offers and materials to partners and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Compile and organize campaign assets for review by brand clients and internal teams.
    • Review campaign content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Ensure all content adheres to FTC guidelines and regulatory requirements before distribution.
  • Gifting Coordination:
    • Coordinate the tracking, delivery, and use of brand gifting to creators
    • Assist in communicating inventory issues to brands
  • Timeline Management:
    • Manage and track campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
    • Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure projects are on track.
    • Ensure project management tool remains current with campaign related information and timelines
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with brand teammates and external partners to coordinate campaign execution.
    • Maintain regular communication with the operations team to provide updates and clarify campaign requirements.
  • Reporting & Optimization:
    • Assist in tracking the performance of campaigns and compiling reports for internal and external stakeholders.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 1+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze data to derive insights and make decisions.
  • Proficiency in using project management and communication tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Clickup).
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
  • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks whether mundane or exciting in order to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to individual team requirements
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with limited supervision in a remote environment
  • Ideal team player attitude and proven ability to work with team members across business functions
