We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to work closely with prospective and existing merchants across EMEA and APAC to explain the technologies, systems, and processes that power Loop, and to deeply understand each merchant’s needs, pain points, and technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales solutions engineering, technical sales, or technical consulting, ideally with exposure to merchants or customers headquartered in the UK, EU, or APAC.
Requirements
- Become an expert on Loop’s platform, ecosystem, and integrations
- Provide technical support to our Sales, Post Sales, and Partner teams
- Vet and close deals from a technical requirements perspective
- Create customised product demos and proofs-of-concept
- Become an SME on our APIs, webhooks, integrations, and front-end customizations
- Partner closely with merchants and agencies to scope and recommend solutions
- Help enable our Sales teams on the technical aspects of Loop
- See and improve the whole system: solve new problems, evaluate workarounds, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design, and explore creative ways to develop on the Loop platform
