DeepL is a global AI product and research company looking for a Technical Integrations Consultant to support enterprise customers implementing the DeepL platform. The successful candidate will partner closely with Customer Success and Onboarding teams to resolve complex technical challenges and drive confidence and satisfaction among customers.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and strong preference for German
- Strong work experience in a post-sales / implementation / professional services role from within the SaaS industry
- Essential technical knowledge includes REST APIs, SSO frameworks, deployment support, and ability to rapidly learn and work with emerging technologies
- Proven success leading technical, multi-stakeholder implementations on time and within scope
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships
