We are looking for a Laravel/PHP Web Developer for a fast-growing technology company in the fintech sector that builds AI-powered solutions for finance and wealth management. The company is developing its own AI platform and already works with numerous business partners and institutions, delivering modern, regulation-compliant, and secure tools.
You will join an agile technical team to co-create and further develop the AI platform. Your responsibilities will include expanding the ecosystem of tools, integrating AI components (APIs, assistants, document generation), as well as optimizing performance and UX. You will work closely with the CTO and the team, translating business needs into concrete solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop features using PHP/Laravel (strong skills required).
- Integrate AI components into the tech stack.
- Contribute to UX and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver business-driven solutions.
- Stay up to date with trends in generative AI and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience with strong expertise in PHP/Laravel.
- Experience with Cursor and Claude Code.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with generative AI.
- Ability to work independently, startup mindset, reliability.
- Experience in launching or contributing to projects of various types.
- No formal degree required – practical skills and experience matter most.
