They are currently seeking a SeniorDevOps Engineer - Kafka & Cloud Integration with strong experience in AWS, Azure, Kafka, and Infrastructure as Code. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and maintaining scalable cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring performance, security, and reliability across a wide range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
- Deploy and operate Kafka clusters using AWS MSK and Confluent Cloud, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment processes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
- Monitor infrastructure and application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into daily workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS, including MSK, and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong practical knowledge of Apache Kafka, especially with Confluent Cloud.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and IaC tools like Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards in cloud environments.
- Relevant certifications such as: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
