Senior DevOps Engineer

We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer experienced in Azure Cloud operations to join our remote-first engineering team. This position suits someone who thrives in building and maintaining large-scale infrastructure, ensuring performance and reliability, and communicating effectively with both technical and client teams.

Your Role

As a DevOps Engineer at Radity, you will manage, optimize, and automate Azure-based infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth operation of production systems, focusing on scalability, security, and monitoring. You will also work closely with developers and clients to provide technical clarity and maintain high service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure in Azure Cloud, including AKS environments.
• Automate provisioning and system management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Oversee system monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning using Datadog and native Azure tools.
• Manage GitHub Actions pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Implement best practices for cost optimization, networking, and cloud security.
• Collaborate directly with clients to support operational needs and technical planning.
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and infrastructure improvements.
• Review application configurations and read Python-based code when required to support deployments.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Operations.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, AKS, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with Python, GitHub Actions, and Datadog.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and performance optimization.
• A proactive and reliable approach to problem solving and ownership.
