On behalf of our client - the UK branch of a global consulting firm building a new SAP implementation practice - we are looking for a Principal ERP EAM/PM Functional Consultant.

We are seeking a skilled SAP Consultant with deep knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM). The role focuses on designing, delivering, and optimizing end-to-end SAP solutions for clients across industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business and operational requirements in the EAM/PM domain
- Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and lead process design
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document solution blueprints
- Configure and implement key maintenance processes: equipment master data, maintenance plans, task lists, work orders, and failure analysis
- Help clients improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and meet compliance standards
- Integrate SAP IAM tools (e.g., SAM, APM) to support mobile maintenance and operational efficiency
- Prepare project documentation, support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live execution
- Provide post-go-live support, end-user training, and knowledge transfer
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process improvements, and delivery excellence
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA consulting experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations in EAM/PM
- Deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management, including end-to-end process design and optimization
- Proven experience working in a client-facing role within a consulting or systems integrator environment.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional integration with modules such as MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM
- SAP certifications in EAM or PM highly preferred
- Experience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management solutions (e.g., SAM, APM) and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG-EAM/MDG-M) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery, and a track record of working effectively in global teams with offshore collaboration
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
- Open to occasional travel as required by project scope; remote-first setup possible depending on client location
