Senior SAP PM -Plant Maintenance

This is a remote position.

KATBOTZ LLCis seeking aSenior SAP PM Consultantto design, configure, and implement SAP Plant Maintenance solutions in S/4HANA or ECC environments. The role involves working closely with clients to optimize equipment maintenance, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency. Candidates may or may not take a lead role but must be capable of managing complex PM projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement SAP PM modules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Design and enhance master data structures (functional locations, equipment, bills of material).
  • Develop maintenance plans, task lists, and notifications/work orders.
  • Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, QM, and EAM functionalities.
  • Support mobile plant maintenance solutions and Industry 4.0 integration.
  • Lead workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Conduct testing, training, and cutover activities for go-live.
  • Recommend process improvements for asset lifecycle management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on Plant Maintenance.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in SAP PM (ECC or S/4HANA).
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, scheduling, and breakdown management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP S/4HANA certification in Asset Management or Plant Maintenance.
  • Experience with mobile maintenance applications (SAP Fiori, SAP Asset Manager).
  • Exposure to predictive maintenance, IoT, and EAM solutions.
