LMI has an immediate need for a Certified Product Owner in a fast-paced agile team environment.

Responsibilities
- Member of the Agile team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.
- Ensures Stories meet the users’ needs and comply with the Definition of Done.
- Coordinates with other key stakeholders.
- Prepares for and participates in Program Increment planning
- Builds, edits, and maintains the team backlog during iteration execution
- Maintains proper flow of backlog items to user stories, collaborates with the team to detail stories with acceptance criteria and examples in the form of acceptance tests,
- Works with the team to agree on accepted story completion, establishes capacity allocation to assist technical teams with decision making and sequencing of critical technological infrastructures to host new functionality, and participates in team demos.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US government Secret clearance required; active Secret clearance desired.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years’ experience as a Certified PO, preferably.
- Certified Scaled Agile Product Owner (PO); 5 years’ experience in large IT programs.
- Preferred: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification as Product Owner or SPC.
