We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Solution Consultant to join our growing team. As a Solution Consultant, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including sales teams, customer success, implementation, and product development, to ensure alignment between customer needs and our solutions. In this role, you will play an instrumental part in driving the success of our solutions by providing comprehensive support throughout the sales cycle, from prospect demonstrations to customer expansion efforts. Our goal is to harness growth while maintaining the quality of engagement, consistency in performance, and target attainment. This role reports directly to the Senior Solutions Consultant.

What You’ll Do (% Time Spent)

  • Prospect Engagement (25%): Engage with prospects and clients, guiding them through complex use cases to ensure best practices and smooth transitions to future states, with support from our advisory team.
  • Tailored Presentations (20%): Lead presentations tailored to the unique concerns and interests of C-suite executives, emphasizing strategic value and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Proof of Concepts (10%): Develop value-driven Proof of Concepts and Trials, showcasing how LogicManager effectively meets the diverse needs of prospective clients.
  • Product Liaison (10%): Liaise with product management, driving continuous product improvement and facilitating seamless adoption of new features and concepts both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge Contribution (10%): Share valuable insights on market and client trends, along with cutting-edge risk management topics, through blog posts and innovative content, keeping our customers informed in an ever-evolving risk landscape.
  • New Hire Training & Onboarding (10%): Facilitate the onboarding journey of new sales and account management team members, developing training resources and fostering a supportive environment for their growth and success.
  • RFP Collaboration (10%): Collaborate with sales teams and subject matter experts to gather essential information and insights, crafting compelling RFP responses.
  • Career Growth (5%): Fully engage in our dynamic and collaborative culture, seizing opportunities for personal and professional growth to advance your career journey within our organization.

About You And What Skills You’ll Need

  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in a solution consulting or pre-sales/sales role, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in RFP responses, product demos, and executive presentations.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying technical concepts for risk management in understandable terms. Strong technical acumen, quickly grasping complex software solutions and articulating their value. Proven project management skills, excelling in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Nice-to-Haves (preferred but not required): Familiarity with Loopio (or comparable RFP tool), Hubspot (or comparable CRM solution), Leapsome, Zoom, and O365 (experience manipulating data in Excel). Background in risk management processes (ex. Third Party Risk Management, IT Governance, Business Continuity Planning, and Indicent/Event Management).
