ABOUT THE ROLE
As a focused Customer Support Associate on the Book Fairs, you’ll be an essential part of assisting the main point of contact at schools in running their fairs, supporting the Book Fair Sales team internally, and helping the Book Fairs department grow.
Timely communication with customers and co-workers via phone and email
