Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in transactional areas, eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, global legal environment.
The role is fully remote, but requires to be based in the UK. This is a 1 month contract with the start date early in July.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to our legal teams
- Assist with the preparation, review, and management of legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and clients, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects with high precision and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- LPC / SQE / BTC or foreign qualified
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a lawyer or paralegal, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in transactional areas.
- Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for legal practice and client service.
- Exceptional academic record.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Resilience and readiness to work long hours as needed.
- Strong work ethic, technical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
