About Lingraphica

At Lingraphica, our heart and soul is communication. For over 35 years, we have been driven by a singular, powerful mission: to help adults with speech and language impairments improve their communication, their speech, and their overall quality of life. We understand that the ability to connect with others is a fundamental human need, and it's this understanding that fuels our passion and innovation every single day. Our journey began not in a boardroom, but in the field of research back in 1983, with pilot studies exploring how computer-based systems could aid individuals with severe aphasia. The promise shown in this early work led to our official founding in 1990, and we sold our very first speech-generating device the following year.

We are dedicated to empowering individuals, their families, and the speech-language pathologists who guide them. We create and provide advanced augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, a suite of therapy applications, and supportive online communities. Our solutions, like the TouchTalk™, MiniTalk™, and our all-in-one Hub platform, are designed to be more than just tools; they are lifelines that help people express themselves, regain their independence, and stay connected to their communities. We believe in a people-first approach, blending cutting-edge, user-friendly technology with compassionate, lifelong support. We've had the privilege of learning from the aphasia community for decades, and we use those invaluable insights to ensure our products are not only high-tech but also intuitive and deeply personal. We are committed to meeting people wherever they are on their communication journey, providing hope and the resources they need to find their voice again.
