The Role at a Glance

This position will manage a portfolio of learning projects and offerings for Lincoln’s enterprise People and Organizational Development Team. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end responsibilities of learning solutions, initiatives and process improvement projects in alignment with the People and Organizational Development strategy. They will also have the opportunity to work directly with the businesses and functions to design and facilitate learning solutions for more complex enterprise-wide, cross-functional learning initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for leadership and management development, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Project manages and maintains Lincoln’s enterprise leadership development offerings and operations.
  • Works with team members to ensure the successful execution of critical learning initiatives including program rollout, tracking completion of program assignments and providing regular status reports.
  • Acts as a liaison with key stakeholders and partners to ensure successful delivery of all leadership development offerings (e.g., session management, vendor management, registration/attendance management, program/event management, etc.).
  • Effectively engages and communicates with key stakeholders to enhance program offering awareness and utilization.
  • Maintains strong relationships with clients, colleagues and a network of committed internal subject matter experts in support of the learning offerings.
  • Collaborates with others to assess and communicate the business case for the portfolio of offerings (e.g. courses, programs, modules, enablement materials) towards defined target groups.
  • Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on learning/talent management best practice standards and practices.
  • Participates in a diverse range of talent projects; including but not limited to consultation, needs analysis, planning, design/development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Facilitates relevant content to diverse audiences using adult learning techniques within their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Provides context and clarity to help stakeholders understand how talent strategies and solutions support business needs.

What we’re looking for

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 3 - 5+ Years of management and leadership development experience, including experience project managing multiple initiatives and work requirements simultaneously and reprioritizing as required (Required)

Pay Range: $67,000 - $120,700

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
