The Opportunity
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will be recruiting and interviewing top-performing tech sales professionals across the U.S. and ensuring an engaged, respectful, and empathetic approach during all stages of the recruitment process. You will spend ~80% of your time attracting, interviewing and assessing candidates and ~20% providing recruitment support and administration.
What You'll Do
Compose job descriptions and candidate evalution criteria tailored to client needs
Prepare interview questions/scripts aligned with job requirements
Conduct video interviews, evaluating candidates and preparing detailed notes
Attract and source applicants, pre-screening and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
Conduct reference checks and facilitate job offer negotiation
Meet or exceed recruiting targets and KPIs (e.g., # of hires, time-to-submit, conversion rates)
Act as the company’s brand ambassador on social media and during candidate interactions
Strategize recruitment plans to meet client expectations
What You Bring
At least 1 year of working experience as a Recruiter, Talent Sourcer, Coordinator, BDR or similar for a tech startup or tech recruitment agency
Excellent verbal and written communication in American English, Level C1-C2 (proficiency in Russian is a plus)
Proficiency in using ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools
Equipment (computer, headset) and strong internet connection
Ability to operate during PT hours (till 3 PM San Francisco or later)
Bonus: Experience recruiting and interviewing U.S. candidates
