Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a deep focus on GTM and business roles
- Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM org structures and roles
- Ability to craft strong value propositions across Sales, GTM, and technical roles
- Collaborative and effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments
