Labcorp is seeking a remote Recruiter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process, developing strong relationships with business stakeholders, and maintaining a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent.
Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of internal and external talent
- Develop a strong understanding of the Labcorp business, competitive landscape, and overall strategy
- Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process
- Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Maintain a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent
- Meet and achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics on a consistent basis
- Recruit in adherence with OFCCP regulations and procedures
- Provide relevant updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Log all notes and actions in the Applicant Tracking System in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with any onboarding related manners when necessary
- Provide ad hoc reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and/or hiring managers based on request
- Escalate any urgent matters to the proper party
- Perform other administrative duties and projects as assigned
