What you will do in a Strategic Financial Analyst Intern role at Kyruus Health:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, revenue streams, and our customers in the end-markets we serve, and the market dynamics of the US healthcare system, in order to understand our historical and forecasted revenue trends
- Gain applied understanding of our P&L by contributing to our monthly and quarterly deliverables (Budget vs. Actual, financial statements, bookings data); meanwhile actively participating in our forecasting motions
- Support cross-functional projects to maximize financial performance, such as pricing strategies, revenue optimization, or cost reduction initiatives
- Enhance the key performance indicators that we track and report, come up with creative solutions in order to increase visibility to relevant SaaS KPIs
- Build and deliver financial models that drive clarity and actionable insight not only in organization-wide planning, but also for investment decisions and operational problems at a team level
- Participate in communications with executive team, budget-owners, and external stakeholders, perform ad hoc analysis
- Leverage a state-of-the-art toolkit for Enterprise Financial Planning that consists of (but not limited) Pigment, Salesforce, and Netsuite
- You’ll report to the Strategic Finance Manager in the FP&A Department within the G&A Division.

What you will bring:
- Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills, including a solid understanding of the three financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow)
- Desire to figure out complex problems and constantly think about how to make processes more efficient
- Excellent attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability, and a positive can-do attitude
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, communication, reporting, and presentations skills
- Expertise and interest in Excel/Google sheets
- Budgeting and planning software experience a plus
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree - Preferably in a quantitative field like Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc., or work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree and/or pursuing a Graduate Degree or MBA in the aforementioned fields and Business, is a plus.
