We have an opening for a full-time, permanent Informatics Program Analyst, Senior to join our talented, dynamic team in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
The Informatics Program Analyst, Senior will play a critical role in planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operating programs related to health informatics.

Duties
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Analyze and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Manipulate and analyze data to present program status and make recommendations for improvement.
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks associated with program implementation.
- Support effective communication and reporting on program status to stakeholders.
- Apply clinical informatics experience to support the design and evaluation of health IT systems within the VA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including clinical informatics within a Veterans Administration healthcare setting
- Proficiency in data analysis and evaluation of program effectiveness
- Knowledge of SAFe’s Lean Agile principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
