What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive LMS education strategy to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted educational materials in a single LMS
  • Design and manage scalable learning experiences, including self-service knowledge bases, webinars, certifications, training sessions, and in-product guidance.
  • Leverage data and user insights to continuously refine and optimize the education programs based on customer needs and engagement metrics.
  • Partner with technical writers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality, user-friendly content.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure the impact of education initiatives on customer satisfaction, product usage, and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in customer education, training technologies, and best practices to ensure we remain innovative and effective.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience** in Product Management, Customer Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of B2B SaaS products, with experience in customer success, training, or enablement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into accessible, engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Docebo), content creation tools, and customer engagement platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics to inform strategy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Passion for education, knowledge-sharing, and driving customer success.
