401(K) matching
KPA provides 401(K) matching. KPA makes a contribution towards eligible employee's 401K account matching dollar for dollar up to 6% of the employee's annual salary.
Tuition reimbursement
KPA provides a tuition reimbursement program. After six months full-time employment, KPA offers employees reimbursement of tuition and any fees with a grade of “A” or “B” in work related courses up to $1,500 per year.
Health insurance
KPA offers health insurance. The medical plan offered by KPA is designed to promote wellness and protect employees and family members from major financial hardships in the event of illness or injury. KPA offers the Curative PPO health plan. KPA pays the premium for full-time employees and a portion of their spouse and dependents premiums.
Paid time off
KPA offers paid time off. Upon acceptance of permanent, full-time employment, the employee is generally eligible for 2-weeks and one day (88 hours) of paid vacation prorated to the amount of work time remaining within the Firm's vacation year. After five years of dedicated full-time employment, employees receive an additional 5 days (40 hours) of paid vacation.
