Senior TA Specialist will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, establish cross-area talent supply strategy, and maintain relationships with business and HR stakeholders. The role will also support digital transformation, manage vendors, and perform ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree
- Minimum 6 years working experience in Talent Acquisition related work, MNC background is highly preferred
- Proven track records and experience in leading and deploying recruitment projects
- Knowledge and experience in using digital tools and implementing in recruitment process is highly preferred
- Native speaker of Mandarin, fluent English is highly preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
- High degree of integrity and self-motivated
- Good business acumen and strong sense of accountability
- Familiar with ATS and labor laws
- Able to accept flexible working location or business travel request upon project needs
