We are looking for a Technical Field Support Engineer based in Casablanca to ensure the successful installation and commissioning of KONE products, providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to meet stringent safety, quality, and process standards.
Requirements
- 5 years of technical experience in the elevator/escalator industry
- Comprehensive expertise in products and corrective action processes
- In-depth understanding of applicable norms and requirements for each project
- Prioritizes safety considerations and selects environmentally sustainable solutions
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in relevant IT systems and tools, including Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel as required to support project needs
- Adaptable and flexible in dynamic work environments
- Knowledge of KONE and/or competitor products to provide informed support and solutions
