Kojo is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to own outbound pipeline generation into the commercial construction market. The ideal candidate is early in their sales career but thinks like an owner, is curious about the industry, and sees AI and automation as ways to work smarter.

Requirements

  • Make 50+ cold calls per day and have call recordings, connect rates, and meeting conversion numbers to back it up
  • Build or meaningfully refine outbound sequences that outperform the default template
  • Develop real discovery instincts and know the difference between a question that surfaces pain and one that just checks a box
  • Get up to speed on a complex product or unfamiliar industry faster than people expected
