Tasks

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our team at Klink! As a key member of our Quest-to-Earn platform, you will work at the intersection of product, operations, and growth, ensuring smooth execution of offers, improving our research processes, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.

This role requires a mix of technical and analytical skills along with a strong product vision to drive user engagement and platform success. If you're comfortable working cross-functionally, exploring new technologies, and automating research processes, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Offer Searching & Competitive Analysis

• Explore competitor platforms, analyze offers across different regions, and identify relevant opportunities for our user base.
• Automate research processes and extract insights using AI tools.
• Analyze competitor features and contribute to product development by sharing insights with stakeholders.

Offerwall Set-up & Maintenance

• Set up offers and promotions, ensuring technical and non-technical updates are aligned across departments.
• Work closely with QA to test live offers, ensuring seamless UI and payout accuracy.

User Behavior & Data Analysis

• Analyze user behavior to identify patterns and optimize user experience.
• Write SQL queries to generate custom reports and insights.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with technical and marketing teams.

Customer Support & Documentation

• Provide structured information to the customer support team regarding offer rules, payouts, and platform operations.

Requirements

We do not focus on the time you have spent sitting in the lecture halls of this world but we want to understand what makes you feel comfortable, extraordinarily motivated and suitable to take over this position. We are looking for a team member who feels comfortable working remotely and in English in an international environment with a self-driven “Get stuff done” mindset.

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to write SQL queries and analyze data.
• Experience using AI tools and a willingness to explore new technologies.
• Ability to research and identify trends across different online communities (Reddit, Twitter, Discord).
• Familiarity with competitor analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
