We are looking for a talented QA Analyst to work in a very interesting project with our client, a leader in innovative financing solutions. With cutting-edge technology, they connect retailers and financial institutions, offering easy-to-use platforms that enhance the consumer financing experience with seamless, customizable credit options. Responsibilities
- Understand the client's applications / business processes
- Understand project specific requirements
- Translate project requirements into documented test cases for execution
- Create estimates for test execution and test execution plans in accordance with client project management requirements
- Execute test cases and present test case results to technical / business project stakeholders
- Ensure well documented “steps to reproduce” as to provide valuable information to development staff for defect resolution
- Facilitate test results sign off with relevant parties
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Prior experience in software quality assurance or similar role
- Understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Desirables
- Test automation skills
- Experience with databases (knowing how to make a query, for example)
- Experience producing requirements or testing documentation for software projects
