We are looking for a Unix/ Linux Systems Engineer for our Teamwork team.

As Unix /Linux Systems Engineer at Keyrus, you will work with a team of professionals with high technical skills, but above all with the best human qualities. You will participate in projects for clients in different industries, using the latest technologies to carry out innovative projects🚀

What will your day-to-day be like?

At Keyrus, every day is a new opportunity to innovate and overcome challenges. You will be involved in:

• Ensure operational continuity for our customers’ Unix/Linux environments (Red Hat, SUSE, AIX)
• Ensure operational continuity for client Unix/Linux cloud and on-prem environments (RHEL, SUSE, AWS, AIX, Oracle Linux)
• Handle Level 2 & 3 incidents, changes, and problems in collaboration with local and international support teams
• Manage Level 2 & 3 incidents, changes, and problems as part of a global team while acting as an escalation point for Level 1 tickets
• Perform root cause analysis and lead preventive actions
• Execute and support infrastructure evolution or upgrade projects
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation
• Participate in on-call rotations (weekends or nights occasionally)
• Follow ITIL processes and use tools such as Centreon, iTop, and ServiceNow for

Do you have what we are looking for?

We are excited to meet you if:

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/system administration (Linux/UNIX)
• Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat and SUSE Linux
• Experience supporting enterprise environments in Level 3 capacity
• Solid understanding of storage and backup technologies (e.g., SAN, Commvault, Spectrum Protect, TSM)
• Comfort working with monitoring and alerting tools (Centreon, Datadog, etc.)
• Experience working with monitoring and alerting tools (Centreon, Datadog, Zabbix, Logic Monitor, etc.)
• Familiarity with databases (OracleDB, MySQL, postgresql)
• Proficiency with IaC tools and workflows (Terraform, Ansible, etc)
• Clear, concise documentation and reporting capabilities
• Strong teamwork and remote collaboration mindset
• Professional working proficiency in English

Essential Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IBM technologies (Power Systems, FlashSystems, Storwize)
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alicloud)
