As a venture-backed SaaS platform recognized by Techstars, Forbes, and SHRM, our patented talent platform delivers transformative relationship-based development experiences at leading professional services organizations.

With our platform, talent leaders can launch, scale and measure innovative programs, including mentoring, coaching and ERGs, with little admin burden and maximum impact. We’re proud to support 20+ clients in professional services - with zero churn and multiple six-figure contracts. At a time when artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how we work, Keep Company is rebuilding the human layer of work, because we believe people are the most important asset that organizations can invest in to strengthen culture, retention, and performance in the moments that matter most.

Brass Tacks

  • Role Type = This is a remote, contract position where you will be coaching our law firm client's participants
  • Location = You can live outside the U.S. as long as you are available to coach during U.S. working hours.
  • Compensation = You earn a flat rate for every group you coach - we pay you $250/hour for live coaching time
  • Must Move Fast = We have several new coaching programs starting in late June and need to identify new coaches very quickly. That means that if your responses to our application match what we need we will speedily advance you to two, quick screening stages.
  • If our fast moving timeline doesn't work for you right now but you want to be considered for the future, that's fine - please just note that in your application.

The Role

Keep Company Coaches help people turn reflection into action. You'll facilitate small-group and individual coaching experiences using Keep Company's frameworks, curriculum, and evidence-based tools to help participants connect insight to behavior change.

Our programs vary in length (from 6 weeks to 12 months) and cadence (typically meetings are biweekly, or monthly), but all share a consistent structure and shared purpose: helping people build confidence, connection, and belonging in their workplaces.

Required experience = BigLaw experience — as an attorney, or talent/PD practitioner — to work in our programs that span the associate life-cycle.

You'll be trained and supported in Keep Company's signature approach to group coaching, including facilitation techniques, digital tools, and member engagement practices. Depending on the program, you may:

  • Facilitate small-group "Board" meetings (6-8 members)
  • Conduct 1:1 introductory or goal-setting sessions
  • Lead mid-point and completion conversations
  • Participate in light correspondence and reporting to track progress
Most programs require 2-3 hours per week during the active phase, including meetings, correspondence, and brief reporting.

About You

You're a skilled coach and facilitator who builds trust quickly, holds space thoughtfully, and helps people see themselves clearly. You care deeply about both people and progress — and you're energized by helping professionals connect the dots between their values, behaviors, and impact.

You can move fluidly between the roles of facilitator, coach, and advisor, often within a single meeting. One moment, you're managing group dynamics and creating the conditions for collective insight. The next you're zeroed in on one person, holding space for something hard, then shifting to help them name what they actually want, then offering a direct, experience-informed perspective when that's what's needed. Then back to the group. You know when to ask and when to tell. You know when to zoom in and when to zoom out.

You're dependable, grounded, curious, and aligned with our belief that growth happens in connection.

Skills & Attributes

  • Champion of growth and belonging. You create spaces that are safe and brave — empowering individuals to define success on their own terms.
  • Deep listening & sharp instincts. You listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and adapt your approach to meet people where they are.
  • Engagement and professionalism. You're organized, responsive, and consistent — delivering a high-quality experience that reflects Keep Company's values.
  • Collaborative mindset. You see yourself as part of a learning system — sharing insights, offering feedback, and helping evolve our collective craft.
  • Continuous learning. You're reflective about your own growth and excited to evolve with a company that is, too.
  • Fluid range. You move comfortably between facilitating a group and coaching an individual — sometimes in the same breath. You know when to hold and when to push, when to zoom in on one person and when to bring the room back together.
  • Legal fluency. You understand the BigLaw environment — the culture, the pressure, the stakes — and you use that understanding to meet members where they are and earn trust fast.

Required Experience

  • Direct experience working in Big Law firms in the U.S. or a large law firm outside of the U.S.as an attorney or in a talent/professional development role.
  • Trained and certified (ICF or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of coaching experience
  • Experience facilitating group coaching or small-group learning programs
  • Proven ability to guide individuals and groups from reflection to action
  • Experience coaching or supporting attorneys at big law firs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, professional growth, and inclusivity.
  • You align with our mission of advancing human connection at work.

About Keep Company

View company profile

Keep Company emerged from a critical observation about modern workplaces: as organizations shifted to distributed work models and artificial intelligence began reshaping how we work, the essential human connections that once happened organically in office hallways and meeting rooms were disappearing. Founded in 2022, the company recognized that while traditional HR tools focused on processes and transactions, they failed to address the fundamental need for meaningful human connection that drives engagement, resilience, and performance.

The founders built Keep Company to address this gap with a patented approach that combines intelligent matching technology with expert-facilitated programming. Their platform uses 60 different factors to create small groups of "true peer" matches, bringing together employees who share similar experiences and challenges - from new parents navigating career and caregiving, to early-career associates building professional networks, to leaders developing inclusive management skills. The company works with leading professional services firms, particularly in the legal sector, where they help organizations rebuild the human layer of work through structured mentoring, cohort-based coaching, and peer learning experiences that actually stick. Their results speak for themselves: 89% of participants report taking better care of themselves, and employers see 3x less attrition among program participants.
