This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Migration / Data Conversion Consultant to lead data migration strategies and execution for large-scale SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, secure, and efficient migration of legacy data into SAP S/4HANA and related systems, while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to maintain data integrity.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end data migration lifecycle including strategy, planning, extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and load.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data objects, mapping, and business rules.
Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SAP and non-SAP tools.
Execute data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, LTMC, or other ETL tools.
Ensure data quality, governance, and reconciliation throughout the migration process.
Work closely with business users for data validation, testing, and sign-offs.
Identify and resolve issues in data loads and provide post-migration support.
Mentor junior team members and drive best practices in data migration projects.

Requirements
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Data Migration / Data Conversion, with strong expertise in SAP projects.
Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration tools and methodologies.
Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
Experience with legacy system data extraction and third-party ETL tools.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to lead workshops, coordinate with multiple teams, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
