Job Title: Workday Integration Developer

Duration: 6–12 Month Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, and support robust integration solutions across Workday and external systems. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, etc.)
• Develop and consume RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service) and Workday REST/SOAP APIs
• Work on Boomerang integrations and manage inbound/outbound data flows
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
• Handle data transformation using XML and XSLT
• Collaborate with functional teams (HCM, Finance, Payroll) to gather and refine requirements
• Ensure integrations follow Workday best practices for performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities
• Maintain proper documentation for integration designs and support processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8+ years of Workday Integration experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Workday Studio
  • EIB
  • RaaS
  • Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)
