Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) server infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, stability and security
- Manage user accounts, groups and trading configurations
- Handle incident response and troubleshooting
- Administer user accounts, groups, permissions, and trading configurations
- Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure changes and improvements
- Automate routine tasks and improve administration processes
- Maintain platform documentation and operational procedures
- Ensure backup and disaster recovery readiness
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in MetaTrader platform administration (MetaTrader 4/5 server installation, configuration, and maintenance)
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration
- Experience working with MySQL databases
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Knowledge of networking concepts
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog)
- Troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Understanding of IT security principles for trading infrastructure
- English level: Intermediate and higher
Will be a plus
- Understanding of CFD / Forex brokerage business processes
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases
- Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Experience in enterprise network architecture
