What you are accountable for:

The Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is accountable for driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, and margin performance across the business. This role partners with business leaders and the CFO to align planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, while ensuring strong commercial support for client teams and building scalable tools that enhance visibility and decision-making.

What you are responsible for:

  • Lead revenue, people, and operational forecasting across the business
  • Drive margin performance, pricing discipline, and client financial strategy
  • Guide the annual planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting processes with the CFO
  • Build and maintain dynamic revenue and headcount models
  • Create scalable reporting tools and frameworks that improve business visibility and decision-making
  • Monitor financial performance and deliver reporting to department and executive leadership
  • Provide strategic financial input on resourcing, growth, and operational initiatives
  • Partner closely with business leaders to provide clear, data-driven insights
  • Partner with account leads on pricing, margin analysis, and statement of work (SOW) development
  • Manage and develop the client finance function to ensure strong commercial support for client teams
  • Collaborate with Accounting on revenue recognition and ensure reporting and operational alignment
  • Collaborate with Resource Management and Talent Attraction on headcount planning and delivery needs
  • Support financial scenario modeling, insights, and recommendations alongside the CFO
  • Drive continuous improvement in Excel-based planning tools, with integration to NetSuite

  • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting best practices

  • Experience in client finance, pricing, and margin oversight in a professional services or agency environment
  • Experience on building financial models, reporting frameworks, and planning processes
  • Experience influencing operational and strategic outcomes through financial insight
