About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Coaching and Development Program Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality standards and certifications of our employees through comprehensive training programs. You will also work alongside our Enablement team, supporting key areas of opportunity for our frontline teams in navigating SOP changes and new product launches, and building capability to drive performance. Additionally, you will support the management of quality communications to stakeholders including content, training and analysis.

Primary role function:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality training and certification programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of employees across the organizations.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders to provide updates on quality training initiatives and progress.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data related to quality training and certification, identifying trends and areas for intervention and improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align quality training efforts with organizational goals and objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Work with our enablement team to define key skills and capabilities to improve the performance of the frontline, especially in response to new product initiatives or operational changes.
  • Become a trusted partner across business lines to inspire teams to act on opportunities.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $60,800.00 - $97,200.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • A self-starter, internally motivated to achieve deliverables while priding yourself on continuous improvement in your work
  • A great communicator, able to influence without authority to inspire teams to act on feedback
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality training programs.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering training programs and initiatives to frontline team members.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to enhance employee performance.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a dynamic environment.
  • 2+ years of business operations, program management, and quality management experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • 2+ years of training experience
